To save time during your first visit, I encourage you to print out and complete the new client forms beforehand. If you do not have access to a printer, no worries, I will have the forms available for you to fill out in the studio.  

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the new client forms.  If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
